Refund policy

We are Rumble & Rest. This policy explains how to send something back. It does not take away any right you have under the consumer protection law where you live.

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide you do not want it. No reason needed, and it does not have to be defective.

Email rumbleandrest@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label by reply, usually the same business day.

Return shipping is on us

We pay for the return, whatever the reason. Print the label we send you, or ask us for a QR code if you cannot print, and drop the package off.

What condition it needs to be in

It does not need to come back spotless, and it does not need the original packaging. These are products used on animals and we expect them to look used. We would rather have it back with mud on it than have you keep something that does not work for your pet.

Your refund

Once the return reaches us we refund the full price you paid for the item, to the payment method you used, within five business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.

If something arrives defective, damaged or wrong

Email us with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we pay the shipping either way. We will not ask you to send it back where a photo is enough for us to sort it out.

Canceling before it ships

Email us as fast as you can. If the order has not shipped we will stop it. If it is already with the carrier you can refuse delivery or return it with the label we send you.
