Shipping policy

We are Rumble & Rest. We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe and a number of other countries. The full list of countries is shown at checkout: if your country is listed there, we ship to you.

When your order leaves us

Every order ships the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday ship on the following business day.

You get a tracking number by email the moment the package leaves us.

How long it takes

Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days from shipment, to the United States and to every other country we ship to.

These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees. If a package is running late, email us and we will chase it.

What it costs

Shipping is free and tracked on every order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum. There is no surprise charge on the final screen.

Orders shipped outside your own country may be charged import duties or taxes by your local customs office. Those are set by your government, not by us, and are paid to them on delivery.

Wrong addresses, missed deliveries and lost packages

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will correct it if the package has not gone yet.

If tracking says delivered and you have not got it, or a package goes quiet for more than seven business days, email us. We will open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund you. You do not have to fight the carrier yourself.
