These terms apply when you buy from rumbleandrest.com. We are Rumble & Rest. You can reach us at rumbleandrest@gmail.com.

Placing an order

Adding something to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has shipped, not when you pay.

We may decline an order, for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, or if an item was listed at the wrong price. If we decline, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Where a product shows a higher price struck through, that is the price the item was previously offered at. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

We take payment at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown there. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using our products safely

Our products are pet accessories, not safety equipment. In particular, a car hammock or seat cover stops a dog sliding off the seat or dropping into the footwell. It is not a crash restraint and must not be used as one. Always secure your dog with a properly crash-tested harness and tether.

Grooming tools should be used gently and never on broken or irritated skin. If your pet has a skin condition, ask your veterinarian first.

Supervise your pet with any new product until you are confident it suits them.

Warranties and liability

We stand behind what we sell: if an item is defective we will replace or refund it, as set out in the Refund Policy.

Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the products are provided without further warranties, and our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for loss caused by using a product in a way it was not intended to be used, including using a non-restraint product as a restraint.

Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties or on incidental damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This website

The text, images and design on this site belong to us or to our suppliers. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Disputes

If something has gone wrong, email us first. We would much rather fix it directly than have either of us involve anyone else.
